Abstract

Youth represent the main pillar in the development and growth of countries in various fields. They are the strategic reserve and the main lever for the growth and development of those countries. When they want to destroy any nation, their youth are targeted by undermining the culture of this pivotal group in the societies of those nations. When we read history carefully and contemplatively, we will find that most of the popular revolutions and waves of change and reform in the entire world were based on the youth group. They were the main tool for change. If we stop a little at the events that Yemen witnessed starting in 2011 AD, which cast their shadows on the reality of the situation until the date of preparing this study, we will find that the youth were the ones who took to the streets to demand change and the elimination of corruption that had spread throughout the joints of Yemeni society and the Yemeni state alike. However, the exploitation of those youth by some religious groups and parties to achieve their political goals emptied those goals of their content, and even destroyed the dreams of the youth for change, as what happened can be described as nothing more than a process of reproducing the previous regime with different figures and tools slightly different from what It was there, and the youth did not go out to eliminate it.
