The Role of E-management in the Application of Administrative Empowerment in Public Telecommunications Corporation

This study aimed at understanding the role of E-management requirements as an independent variable (technical, financial, administrative, and organizational requirements, and finally, human resource requirements) in the application of administrative empowerment -dependent variable in the Public Telecommunications Corporation of Yemen (PTC). In order to achieve the objective of this study, a measuring tool (questionnaire) was developed. To analyze the data, the questionnaire was distributed to 307 employees from various job levels within the corporation, out of a total of 1,522 employees at the corporation's headquarters. The results of the study showed that this relationship is a positive relationship of an average level, as no statistically significant differences in the views of the sample study between the level of availability management requirements of electronic attributable to demographic variables (gender, practical experience), and there is no such differences according to the variables (age, educational qualification, functional level), Results, also, showed that no statistically significant differences in the views of a sample study between the application of administrative empowerment level due to the variable (Qualification) and there is no such differences according to demographic variables (gender, age, work experience, job level).
