The main objective of this study is to examine the role of National Strategy suggested for Customs smuggling compact, as to limit smuggling affects on Customs revenues, and health affects causing people's concerns other chronical diseases. the importance of the study is based on examining the current situation for smuggling activities through analysing the main factors contributed to the high spread of smuggling activities, and their related ways and methods in which goods and equipment sintered into the Yemeni markets without passing through customs ports and offices without paying customs and tax duties, or inspecting the imported goods for quality and standardization perspectives. in achieving the study objective concerning the national Strategy suggested for compacting custom smuggling, it relies on a sample of (103), representing all customs officers heading department and above in the hierarchy to collect all needed data related to current role for customs compact, and the components of the national strategy suggested for compact smuggling, all of which then analysed leading to the findings.
